Signal S3 — 2026
Questions teams ask before they brief us
Tab panels below cover identity, outcomes, process, pricing posture and PDPA. Answers are written for marketing leads — not IT procurement drift.
Q1 — Are you a media agency, a platform vendor or an IT shop?
MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd. is a premium digital marketing and media agency. We plan channel mix, traffic campaigns, adapt creative for media formats and report signal. We are not an AI SaaS company, not a general IT outsourcing helpdesk and not a web-only studio that adds “marketing” as an afterthought. If your RFP is mainly for software licences, infrastructure tickets or application development without media services, we are the wrong partner — and we will say so early.
Our studio sits at 137 Amoy Street, #08-03, Singapore 069935 (UEN 202985173M). Contacts reach us on +65 6653 2847 or [email protected]. Work is grounded in Google Ads, Meta Ads, video, display, audio and related paid media craft for Singapore and regional brands.
Q2 — Do you guarantee reach, impressions, rankings, sales or ROI?
No. Marketing and media outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, inventory availability, creative execution and platform policies. MediaStrikeCo plans and delivers media strategy and campaign trafficking — we do not guarantee reach, impressions, search rankings, sales, viral performance or ROI. KPI examples such as efficiency lifts or plan counts on this website are illustrative patterns, not commitments for your account.
Contracts define scope, fees and working methods. They do not convert probabilistic media systems into warranties. We prefer honest baselines and leading indicators over inflated promises that collapse after launch.
How does a typical engagement start?
You submit a media brief via Contact. We clarify objectives, markets, approximate SGD budgets, timelines and existing creative. Discovery sessions map audiences and constraints. Then we propose a plan covering media, distribution, production and signal cadence. Kick-off locks taxonomy for trafficking before the first flight goes live.
Project launches compress the same path; retainers add monthly re-forecast and weekly memos. Either way, Amoy Street remains the coordination hub for APAC vendor hours.
What do agency retainers include?
Retainers usually bundle ongoing planning updates, trafficking support, creative refresh coordination and signal reporting. Exact hours and deliverables are scoped per brand. Some clients add production capacity; others keep brand creative in-house and use us purely for media engineering.
Fees are agreed in SGD. Media spend is typically billed by platforms or through separate purchase orders — we do not silently combine agency fees with media budgets without documentation.
How do you handle personal data?
Contact forms require PDPA consent before submission. We collect enquiry details to respond and, where relevant, to prepare proposals. Data handling is described in our Privacy and Cookies pages (last updated 15 July 2026). We do not sell personal data as a product.
Additional signal questions
Which markets do you cover?
Singapore is our home base. Many plans extend to selected APAC markets when inventory and language support are clear. We disclose when a market needs a local partner rather than stretching a thin virtual presence.
Can you work alongside our brand agency?
Yes. Many relationships cast MediaStrikeCo as media and trafficking specialists while brand creative lives elsewhere. We define hand-offs so version control stays intact.
Do you buy media as principal or agent?
Commercial structure is agreed per engagement. Transparency on fees, rebates (if any) and invoice paths is part of onboarding — we do not hide economics behind opaque “tech fees”.
What about SEO and organic content?
We focus on paid media, distribution and related digital marketing services. Organic SEO programmes may be coordinated when they intersect paid search and landing experience, but we are not a content mill or news publisher.
Where can I read legal detail?
See Terms, Privacy, Cookies and Legal. All policy pages carry a last-updated date of 15 July 2026.
Media results vary. We plan and traffic campaigns without guaranteeing commercial outcomes. We are a marketing agency — not an AI platform, SaaS vendor or IT outsourcing firm.
