Privacy Policy
How MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with mediastrikeco.pro and related marketing services under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Introduction and who we are
MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd. (“MediaStrikeCo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, submit enquiries, engage our media agency services or otherwise interact with our studio. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal data in the context of a Singapore digital marketing agency that plans, traffics and reports paid media campaigns. We are not a technology SaaS product company that monetises user profiles at internet scale, nor an IT outsourcing firm processing data centre operations for hire; our processing is incidental to professional marketing services.
Our registered office is at 137 Amoy Street, #08-03, Singapore 069935. You may contact us at [email protected] or +65 6653 2847. Our Unique Entity Number (UEN) is 202985173M. For privacy-related requests, please mark your subject line clearly (for example, “PDPA request”) so the Amoy Street team can route your message promptly during Singapore business hours.
By using this website or providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is required under the PDPA for a particular purpose, we will seek it — for instance, through the consent checkbox on our contact form before you submit a media brief.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to personal data processed via mediastrikeco.pro, email correspondence with our published addresses, telephone enquiries, in-person meetings at our Amoy Street office by appointment, and data shared in the course of proposals, statements of work and ongoing agency retainers. Client campaign datasets may also include personal data if you supply first-party audiences, CRM exports or landing-page leads for media activation; those flows are governed by both this Policy and the contractual documents that define your engagement.
This Policy does not control how third-party advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) process data under their own terms when campaigns run on their networks. When we act as your agency, platform processing is typically subject to those providers’ policies and any data processing terms they require advertisers or agencies to accept. We encourage clients to review platform privacy materials alongside ours.
Employees, contractors and candidates may receive separate notices about workplace data. Website visitors who are minors should not submit personal data; our services are directed at business clients and professional contacts.
3. Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: identity and contact details (name, job title, company, email, telephone, postal address); enquiry content (messages describing objectives, budgets in SGD, markets and timelines); technical data (IP address, browser type, device category, referring URLs, pages viewed and approximate timestamps); cookie and similar technology identifiers as described in our Cookies Policy; billing and contract administration fields needed to invoice media or agency fees; and, where relevant to a campaign, limited campaign performance identifiers tied to advertising accounts you authorise us to access.
We do not seek special categories of sensitive personal data through the public website. Please avoid including national identity numbers, health information or bank credentials in free-text enquiry fields. If a project later requires regulated data, we will discuss appropriate contractual and technical controls before processing begins.
If you provide personal data about colleagues or other third parties (for example, copying stakeholders on a brief), you represent that you have authority to share that information and that those individuals understand it may be used to coordinate marketing services with MediaStrikeCo.
4. How we collect personal data
We collect data directly when you complete forms, email us, call us, meet us or send documents for proposals. We collect some technical data automatically through server logs and, depending on your cookie preferences, analytics or preference tools on the website. We may also receive data from platforms when you grant agency access to advertising accounts, from professional referrals, or from publicly available business sources used in a proportionate way to qualify B2B opportunities.
Our contact form includes a honeypot field and requires affirmative PDPA consent. Automated bots that fill hidden fields may be discarded without a human reply. Legitimate enquiries with incomplete contact details may also receive follow-up questions before we can respond meaningfully.
5. Purposes of use
We use personal data to: respond to media briefs and general enquiries; evaluate whether our agency services are a suitable fit; prepare proposals and statements of work; deliver media planning, distribution, production coordination and signal reporting; administer contracts, invoicing and payments; improve website usability and security; maintain business records required by law; and communicate operational updates related to an engagement. Where you opt in or where permitted under the PDPA and other applicable rules, we may send limited marketing messages about MediaStrikeCo services; you may withdraw marketing consent without affecting necessary service communications.
We do not use website enquiry data to train public generative AI models for resale. Internal drafting tools, if used by staff, are subject to our confidentiality practices and client contractual restrictions.
Illustrative metrics on our marketing site (for example, counts of media plans) are not derived from selling or exposing your personal enquiry data as a product.
6. Legal bases and PDPA consent
Under Singapore’s PDPA framework, we collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and where required we obtain consent. Consent for form submissions is collected via an unchecked checkbox that must be actively selected. You may withdraw consent for voluntary purposes by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions (for example, we may retain invoices for statutory retention). Withdrawal may mean we cannot continue certain services that depend on the relevant data.
We may also process data where necessary to perform a contract with you or your organisation, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or to pursue legitimate interests that do not override your interests — such as securing our website against abuse — consistent with PDPA guidance.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We may share personal data with: service providers who host email, cloud storage, project tools or website infrastructure under confidentiality obligations; professional advisors (legal, accounting) when needed; media and advertising platforms when required to run or report campaigns you have authorised; payment or banking channels for commercial settlements; and public authorities when compelled by Singapore law or legitimate legal process.
We do not sell personal data. If ownership of our business changes, personal data may transfer as part of that corporate transaction under appropriate continuity arrangements, still subject to PDPA protections.
International transfers may occur when tools or platforms operate partly outside Singapore. In such cases we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law and prudent business record-keeping. Enquiry records that do not convert to clients are typically reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Client files follow contractual and statutory retention schedules, which may extend beyond the end of an active campaign to address audits, disputes or tax requirements. Cookie lifespan details appear in the Cookies Policy.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures appropriate to a professional services studio — access controls, staff awareness and trusted vendors. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your own devices and avoid sending highly sensitive secrets through unsecured channels. Notify us promptly if you believe personal data you shared with us has been compromised through your own systems.
10. Access, correction and other requests
You may request access to personal data we hold about you, or correction of inaccurate data, subject to PDPA exceptions. You may also ask questions about our policies or request withdrawal of consent for optional uses. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request and may charge a fee where permitted for access requests that impose unusual administrative cost. We aim to respond within timelines expected under PDPA practice, communicating any lawful delay.
To exercise rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to locate your records. If you believe we have not handled a complaint adequately, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore for further guidance on your options.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses essential cookies to operate core functions and may use optional cookies for analytics or preferences when you accept them via our banner. Detailed categories, purposes and controls are set out in the Cookies Policy. Choosing “Essential only” limits optional technologies while preserving basic site operation and consent storage where technically required.
12. Marketing outcomes and data context
Personal data processing for advertising measurement can be imperfect due to platform limitations, privacy controls and industry signal loss. Any analytics or attribution we assemble for clients should be treated as decision support rather than a guarantee of reach, rankings, sales or ROI. Marketing and media outcomes depend on market conditions, budgets, inventory, creative execution and platform policies. MediaStrikeCo’s role is planning and trafficking craft — not warranty of commercial performance.
13. Children
Our site and services are intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can delete it.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Material updates may be highlighted on the website or communicated to active clients. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
