Cookies Policy
How MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on mediastrikeco.pro, aligned with Singapore PDPA principles and your banner choices.
1. Who we are
This Cookies Policy is issued by MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd., 137 Amoy Street, #08-03, Singapore 069935, UEN 202985173M, contact [email protected] / +65 6653 2847. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We operate a digital marketing and media agency website; cookie use supports site function, preference storage and, where consented, limited analytics — not the sale of personal profiles.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage keys, session storage and pixels that store or read identifiers. Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (remaining until they expire or you delete them). First-party cookies are set by mediastrikeco.pro; third-party cookies, if ever enabled, are set by other domains providing embedded services.
We use cookies carefully. As a design-led marketing site, we minimise unnecessary tracking. Essential technologies keep the Site usable even if you select “Essential only” on our consent banner.
3. How we obtain consent
On your first visits, a cookie banner appears offering “Accept” or “Essential only”. Accepting stores a preference (currently via localStorage key ms_pdpa_consent) so the banner can stay hidden, and permits optional analytics or enhancement cookies if deployed. Choosing Essential only still stores a preference flag so we respect your choice, while limiting optional technologies. You can clear site data in your browser to reset the banner. Contact-form PDPA consent is separate and relates to enquiry personal data, not cookie preference storage.
Where optional cookies are not active on a given page build, Accept simply records consent readiness for future enhancements disclosed here.
4. Categories we use
4.1 Essential / strictly necessary
These technologies are required for core Site operation and security. Examples include load balancing or session continuity if introduced by our host, preference storage indicating your cookie choice, and protections that reduce abusive form submissions. Because they are necessary, they run regardless of optional consent, though we still explain them here for transparency under PDPA-friendly practice.
4.2 Preferences
Preference cookies or local storage values remember UI choices such as consent status. They do not profile you for advertising networks on our behalf in the Site’s default configuration for 2026.
4.3 Analytics (optional)
If we enable privacy-respecting analytics after you Accept, they help us understand aggregate page performance — which sections are read, approximate device class and referring paths. We configure analytics to avoid unnecessary personal identifiers where tools allow. Analytics never convert into a guarantee of media ROI; Site metrics are operational, separate from client campaign reporting.
4.4 Marketing cookies
The public Site does not currently rely on third-party advertising retargeting cookies as a primary acquisition system. If that changes, we will update this Policy and request fresh consent where required before activating such tags.
5. Typical storage details
Consent preference: stored locally on your device, typically until cleared by you. Essential host cookies: duration set by infrastructure providers, often session to twelve months. Analytics cookies (if enabled): commonly from a few minutes to twenty-four months depending on vendor defaults that we may shorten. Exact names may vary when vendors update scripts; we keep this Policy narrative accurate even when individual cookie identifiers rotate.
6. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through browser settings: block all, block third-party only, or delete existing cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect Site features. Device-level advertising preferences and platform privacy dashboards provide additional controls unrelated to MediaStrikeCo’s Site but relevant if you interact with ads we traffic for clients on third-party networks.
To revisit your MediaStrikeCo Site preference, clear local storage for mediastrikeco.pro or contact us for guidance. Declining optional cookies will not prevent you from reading content or submitting a media brief, provided essential functions remain available.
7. Relationship to client campaigns
When MediaStrikeCo traffics ads for clients, those campaigns may involve platform pixels and cookies on client properties — governed by client instructions and platform terms, not solely by this Site Cookies Policy. Campaign measurement is subject to the same honesty standard elsewhere on our Site: outcomes depend on markets, inventory, creative and policies; we do not guarantee reach, rankings, sales or ROI.
8. International aspects
Infrastructure providers may process technical data outside Singapore. We select vendors with appropriate security and contractual commitments consistent with our Privacy Policy.
9. Updates
We may revise this Cookies Policy as tools or law evolve. The “Last updated” date will change — currently 15 July 2026. Material changes to optional cookie categories will be reflected in the banner experience where practical.
