Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of mediastrikeco.pro operated by MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd. Paid agency work is additionally governed by signed statements of work.
1. Acceptance
By accessing mediastrikeco.pro (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
MediaStrikeCo Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore company with its office at 137 Amoy Street, #08-03, Singapore 069935, telephone +65 6653 2847, email [email protected], UEN 202985173M. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity.
2. Nature of the Site and services
The Site describes MediaStrikeCo as a premium digital marketing and media agency offering media planning, channel mix modelling, distribution and trafficking support, creative adaptation for media formats, and signal reporting. Content on the Site is informational. It is not a binding proposal, not investment advice, not legal advice and not a guarantee of any marketing outcome.
We are not an AI platform vendor, SaaS product company, university, newsroom, crypto exchange or general IT outsourcing firm. Mentions of Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms are descriptive only.
3. No guarantee of marketing results
Marketing and media outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, inventory availability, creative execution and platform policies. MediaStrikeCo plans and delivers media strategy and campaign trafficking — we do not guarantee reach, impressions, rankings, sales, viral performance or ROI. Metrics, case patterns and KPI cards shown on the Site (including illustrative figures such as plan counts or efficiency lifts) are examples of working patterns and must not be treated as commitments for your future campaigns.
Any engagement for paid work will define scope, fees (typically in SGD) and responsibilities in a separate contract. If conflict arises between these website Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract prevails for that engagement.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the Site for lawful purposes, submit genuine business enquiries and share links to public pages. You must not: attempt to disrupt or compromise Site security; scrape or harvest data systematically without our written consent; introduce malware; impersonate MediaStrikeCo; use the Site to send spam; or reverse engineer Site components except where mandatory law allows.
Form submissions must use accurate contact details and include PDPA consent where requested. Honeypot fields exist to deter bots; submissions that fill them may be discarded silently.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, layout, graphics, wordmark “MediaStrikeCo” and related branding are owned by MediaStrikeCo or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view content for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Site materials without prior written permission, except for fair dealing or other non-waivable rights under Singapore law.
Client creative assets and campaign materials produced under contract are governed by that contract’s intellectual property clauses, which may differ from these website Terms.
6. User content in enquiries
If you submit briefs, files or messages, you grant us a licence to use that material to evaluate and respond to your request and, if engaged, to perform services. You confirm you have rights to share the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate confidentiality obligations you owe others. Do not upload unlawful, defamatory or malicious content.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference platform tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION MAY BE UPDATED WITHOUT NOTICE AND MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaStrikeCo and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Our aggregate liability arising from Site use shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount you paid us specifically for Site access (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim — whichever is higher — except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Liability under paid agency contracts is defined in those contracts and is separate from this Site limitation.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediaStrikeCo from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights in materials you submit — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, last updated 15 July 2026. PDPA consent may be required for certain form submissions.
12. Changes and suspension
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted. We may suspend or discontinue Site features for maintenance, security or business reasons without liability.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to eligible individuals.
14. Agency engagements and fees
Submitting a brief through the Site does not oblige either party to enter a commercial relationship. Quotes, retainers and project fees are agreed separately, usually denominated in Singapore dollars (SGD). Media working spend may be billed by platforms, by MediaStrikeCo as agent, or under another documented structure — transparency on invoice paths is part of onboarding. Timelines depend on creative readiness, platform lead times and client approvals; delayed assets or feedback can shift go-live dates without constituting a Site warranty breach.
Where platform policies change mid-flight in 2026, we will advise commercially reasonable adjustments. Such advice is part of professional services when engaged; it is not a promise that any adjustment will restore a particular efficiency, reach or revenue outcome.
15. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior website terms. They do not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship beyond what a separate media services contract may establish. Section headings are for convenience only. You may not assign rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
